Things To Do Before You Go To Bed

Jeg er her i LA – Og jeg kan virkelig ikke falde i søvn fordi mine tanker flyver rundt i hovedet og så er jeg også helt mæt efter alt det jeg har ædt.

Heldigvis er der en masse måder til at skulle hjælpe mig til at sove, i stedet for at skulle ligge på min telefon lige inden jeg skal sove.

Nogle gange er det bedre at lave en lille forandring.

Her er der nogle ting som en masse succesfulde mennesker gør inden de går i seng.

-Læser en bog

– Meditere

-Telefon og Computer er slukket

-Får minimun 8 timer søvn

-Planlægger næste dag

-Visualisere imorgen

– Takker for dagen

-Elsker med sin elskede

– Beder en aften bøn

 

 

I’m here in LA – Can’t really fall asleep cause I have so many things going on in my head and I’m soon full of all the food I had today.

But luckily there’s plenty of ways to help me out, instead of just being on my phone right before bedtime.

Sometimes it’s better to make a little change….

Here are some things that a lot of succesfull people do before they go to bed

– Read a book

– Meditation

– Phone / Computer turned off

– Get minimum 8 hours of sleep

– Plan & Get ready for the next day

– Envision tomorrow

– Give thanks for today

– Make love

– Evening Prayer
