Ingredients

Hanndfull of organic almonds

Coarse Oats Flakes

3 Table Spoons Apple Fiber

  1. Take a pan and put on some organic coconut oil to roast the ingredients with.
  2. Toss all the ingredents on the pan and add the honey.
  3. Turn the pan to the lowest heat so it won’t burn.
  4. When you have achieved the golden look, and your’re satisfied yourself turn off the heat let it cool off for a bit and then ENJOY
  5. If you want to you can add some dired berries (I like that)
